Arrive Palermo, Sicily – Transfer by private auto from airport to Hotel Villa Principe di Villafranca

Day 3

Palermo – 1 day tour of Palermo & Monreale, including entrance to the Norman Cathedral & Chapel, afternoon behind the scenes tour of the Theater in Palerm.

Day 4

Palermo – day trip to Cefalu – 1 day guided tour, some free time, then back to Palermo for free time and dinner.

Day 5

Palermo – Marsala – Agrigento: stop in Marsala for wine tasting and lunch.

Visit to Trapani Salt pans before/after lunch if time permits.  o/n in Agrigento in Hotel Baglio della Luna.

Day 6

Agrigento – Ragusa: morning tour of the Valley of Temples in Agrigento with guide.

Lunch in Agrigento, then continue along the southern coastal road to Ragusa.

o/n at Eremo della Giubiliana.

Dinner at the hotel that night.

Day 7

Ragusa – Noto – Ragusa: 1 day trip to Noto for guided tour and lunch at Caffe Sicilia.

Tasting of Ragusa DOC cheese at local producer this afternoon.

o/n at Eremo della Giubiliana.

Day 8

Ragusa – Siracusa – Taormina: depart Ragusa AM, stop in Siracusa for 1 day tour of Archeological Park and Ortygia.

Lunch in Siracusa, then continue on to Taormina.

Check into hotel: Hotel Villa Igiea or similar

Day 9

1 day tour of Taormina including Greek Theater, rest of day on own to explore Taormina/relax

Day 10

Transfer Taormina – Catania – Fly to Naples – transfer to Positano, check in to hotel: Le Sirenuse or similar 

Day 11

Positano – drive along Amalfi Coast – visit Ravello and Amalfi – free time in Positano.

Could do a cooking lesson in Ravello – would have less free time.

Day 12

Positano – day trip to Capri – 1 day guided tour and them some free time

Day 13  

Positano – Pompeii – Naples: 1 day tour of Pompeii – late lunch in Naples and check in to hotel: Hotel Santa Lucia or similar.

Enjoy an authentic pizza dinner at a well-known pizza restaurant tonight.

Day 14

Naples – tour of Naples including the National Archeological museum.

Afternoon tasting tour – visit a well-known chocolate producer and well-known diary shop for what is purposed as the best ice cream in Naples.

Farewell dinner in well-known restaurant.

Day 15

Depart Naples – Transfer from the Hotel to the airport by private auto.
